The demand for automation systems is high, with the range of tasks these machines can perform expanding. Small and medium-sized businesses are also investing in this area. However, this growth is met with a knowledge gap in operating these systems. The few existing educational programs aimed at preparing employees for safe work with these innovative systems are often too theoretical, impractical, and offer little added value.At SOJKA Academy, we offer intensive and tailored training with hands-on exercises—directly at our training cells. Thanks to small group sizes and experienced instructors, we facilitate individual communication and maximize knowledge transfer. In our training sessions, we provide participants with the technical and practical expertise needed to make efficient use of automation systems’ potential. This training enhances the safety of operational processes while simultaneously qualifying personnel resources. As a result, employee motivation and acceptance of innovative changes within the company increase.Participants are trained on modular ISAC® automation cells by Sojka Automation GmbH, which incorporate various actuators in a compact space and can be reconfigured at any time to meet specific customer requirements. This setup allows us to respond practically to participants' questions.Upon successfully passing a theory and practical exam at the end of the course, participants receive a certificate confirming their level of qualification.

Participants receive a comprehensive training package at the beginning of each training course. It consists of printed training materials and a course-specific Sojka Course Kit. These resources help participants learn and facilitate understanding of the robot’s motion sequences.
