The aim of consulting package 1 is to create your automation roadmap. To this end, we start on the first day with a kick-off meeting in which this milestone is defined together with you, taking individual parameters into account.
The tour of your production facility helps you to understand your local conditions such as areas, safety routes, emergency exits and to gain an overview of the plant locations.
Based on the objectives defined in the kick-off meeting and with an insight into the production environment, our specialists from the fields of automation technology, design, image processing and laser technology will identify your optimisation potential.
At the end of the first day, you will receive an overview of the automation potential for optimising your value creation process in the form of an automation roadmap.
Based on your production data, we determine the parameters required to draw up a rough concept for the realisation of your chosen automation project. After the second day, we will send you a project plan including a target price and the envisaged implementation period.
